BIRD & TREE TRAIL:A fairly short walk of approximately 1 hour duration with the emphasis placed on bird and tree identification.
Following a drive deeper into the bush, guests are taken on an approximately 2 hour walk. During the course of the walk your guide will concentrate on spoor, bird, vegetation and game identification.

Note: Due to the possibility of dangerous animals especially Rhino, Hippo etc. being encountered, no children under the age of 16 will be permitted on the game trail.
A drive through the bush in one of the Lodge's game vehicles – game and bird identification.
A late afternoon drive with a stop in the bush for sundowners, guests may purchase drinks from the Ladies Bar and will be kept in a cooler box on the vehicle
Following a normal afternoon game drive, guests participate in a Boma or Bush Braai. There is a short drive back to the Lodge after dinner. Full bar facilities are available at the braai site.
An opportunity to experience the bush during the dead of night. These drives take place during the summer months and includes stargazing. (September to April)
